SERVICE STANDARDS & VERIFICATION
Drop It at the Door, LLC will use trained employees, called Droppers, and reasonable operational controls to distribute client literature within the approved area and delivery window.
Completion Standard The service goal is at least 95% completion of eligible, accessible addresses within the agreed assignment area. Addresses may be excluded when they are vacant, unsafe, inaccessible, posted against solicitation, inside a restricted complex, missing or incorrect in source data, or affected by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Verification Methods Verification may include route tracking, time-and-location records, supervisor review, delivery logs, photographs or video where lawful and appropriate, wearable-camera records, material counts, exception notes, and chain-of-custody records. Verification protects both the client and the delivery team; it is not a promise that every individual household will retain or view the material.
Chain of Custody Materials will be counted or reasonably estimated when received, assigned to identified personnel, and reconciled after delivery. Unused or damaged materials will be returned, retained, or disposed of according to the client's written direction.
Completion Report The client will receive a Completion Summary Certificate identifying the assigned area, delivery period, verified delivered quantity, documented exceptions, and the balance due.
